Aadhaar deactivation notice, speculations and worries spread across the country


Could not fulfill the condition of stay in India. Therefore, many residents of the state have demanded to receive a notice that the Aadhaar number of the concerned person has been deactivated as per Section 28A of the Aadhaar Act, 2016. Some have also expressed anxiety through social media like Facebook with pictures of the notice (the authenticity of which has not been verified by Anandabazar Patrika). Due to which

 concern has been created in the public. As Union Ministers including Home Minister Amit Shah have recently announced the implementation of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) in the country, the concerned circles feel that more doubts are brewing around the whole issue. Questions and speculations about the real purpose of the notices are being raised
